Healthcare Professional (Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner)

We are looking for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to direct and manage the dispensing of cannabis products to patients in our dispensary. The ideal candidate will excel at educating and counseling patients on the responsible use of medical cannabis.

Skills

2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience
Excellent patient and customer-focused approach
Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and their interactions with the human body
Working knowledge of Point of Sale technology systems
Highly motivated and able to work independently or in teams
Adaptable to a demanding, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the dispensing of cannabis products to patients
Serve as an onsite medical authority ensuring correct dosage and providing education and counseling
Conduct prospective drug utilization review to assess appropriateness of therapy
Drive retail sales and patient retention
Ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state laws
Educate patients on cannabis properties and benefits

Education

Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the state of Pennsylvania or alternative licensee requirements: D.O., M.D., Licensed Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
Complete PA Department of Health's Cannabis Health Professional training certificate
