Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert for retail operations programs and processes
Develop and maintain job aids, SOPs, and playbooks
Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and validate procedures
Analyze processes for continuous improvement
Design and deliver training programs for store teams
Resolve retail operational challenges and provide guidance to store managers
Develop cross-functional relationships to support retail initiatives
May be assigned other related duties
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
