• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
• 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Lean, Six Sigma
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all strategic planning and vision for facility plant operations
• Manage all facility activities working closely with departmental managers
• Partner with facility General Manager on budgeting and analysis
• Develop and produce reporting to illustrate business trends
• Continuously improve employee skills, knowledge, and morale
• Implement and maintain facility and equipment preventative maintenance program
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
