Greenlight is seeking a Brand Manager to join our marketing team and support our influencer and strategic brand partnerships programs. Central to executing our brand marketing strategy, this person will help research and secure new partners, craft partner agreements, onboard and brief new partners on our desired storytelling approaches, and manage ongoing day-to-day communications and content creation with brand partners and influencers. 

 

The best candidate is equal parts creative and strategic, highly detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong relationships to get work done quickly. 


Your day-to-day:


  • Research new potential brands, influencers, and celebrities for Greenlight and present a strong POV on who our best bets are
  • Manage partner outreach and coordinate meetings to drive agreements and projects forward
  • Support with partner agreement creation, ensuring our agreements help us reach our quarterly awareness and registration goals
  • Manage day-to-day communications, strategy, and meetings with 4-5 brand partners, including: initial partner onboarding, providing partners with messaging key points and storytelling strategy, creating key dates for deliverables and reviews and ensuring partner and Greenlight reviewers adhere to those dates, briefing Greenlight’s creative teams on extensions of our partnership content into our universe (i.e, landing pages, cobranded emails, social reposts), managing promotions and sweepstakes from vendor relations to compliance approvals to messaging strategy 
  • Track and report key performance results internally and externally and strategize new tactics to improve performance


You are:


  • A strategic and creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced work environments; you can manage multiple projects at once and are structured about your work approach
  • Organized self-starter, with a relentless attention to detail and a passion finding the right partners to tell the boldest brand stories
  • Savvy about brand marketing and today’s social media landscape — brings out-of-the-box ideas to help us reach our goals 
  • An intuitive and creative problem solver who can anticipate roadblocks and proactively meet them with solutions


What you’ll bring to the team:


  • 4-5 years of experience in brand partner and influencer management
  • Experience researching and securing partners/influencers 
  • Knowledge of the social media landscape, current influencers, and up-and-coming creators
  • Strong communication and writing skills; you clearly articulate your thoughts in a succinct and actionable manner
