What to expect:
The Group Lead, Manufacturing Assembly is responsible for monitoring and supporting personnel output and works to actively remove barriers to success identified within the area of responsibility. Acts as the first point of contact for associates within area to address both process and personnel concerns. Works collaboratively with manufacturing associates, engineering, quality, and leadership to execute production requirements. Supports engineering experimentation and operational improvement initiatives as requested. Participates in teams to identify opportunities for improvement within production area. May assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
What we expect:
Group Leads must fully master skills, discipline and train other associates while maintaining a safe work environment. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Determines methods and procedures for new assignments/procedures.

Required Training Schedule:
The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $49,400-$74,100 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
