We are seeking a seasoned Product Enablement Sr. Specialist with in-depth knowledge of the programmatic landscape and experience with Copilot or similar platforms. Reporting to the relevant managerial position, you will possess exceptional technical expertise in media buying platforms and be adept in designing and executing impactful experiments. Your key responsibilities encompass guiding the end-to-end implementation of Copilot for new clients, collaborating seamlessly with our client, and demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
As the pillar of our Product Enablement efforts for Copilot, our proprietary AI-powered optimization platform , you will play a pivotal role across multiple key focus areas:
Spearhead the successful implementation of the Copilot product suite for newly acquired unbundled clients.
Become the trusted advisor and primary point of escalation for traders, leveraging your deep understanding of our technology and industry nuances.
Facilitate regular and impactful training sessions to equip activation teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to maximize the value derived from Copilot.
Diligently oversee and monitor the performance of Copilot campaigns implemented by clients, proactively identifying areas for optimization and improvement to maximize return on investment for media spend.
Collaborate closely with our team of Data Scientists and Analysts to analyze campaign performance, quantify the incremental value delivered by Copilot's capabilities, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations for our clients.
Partner with internal stakeholders in Product Management, Data Analytics, and Marketing to align product enhancements and marketing initiatives with the needs of our client ecosystem.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in programmatic media buying, including in-depth experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
Exceptional proficiency with Copilot or comparable platforms, coupled with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising principles and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in using data to derive meaningful insights to inform decision-making
Outstanding communication, presentation, and training delivery skills, coupled with the ability to effectively influence and persuade a diverse group of stakeholders.
