Junior Graphic Designer

Grove is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to bring the Grove brand to life across all digital channels. Reporting to our Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our visual identity — designing everything from website assets to email, organic social, and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to craft compelling designs that engage our audience, drive results, and make our customers proud to be part of the Grove community.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys collaborating across teams, and loves using data-driven insights to inform creative decisions. YOUR IMPACT
  • Designing assets for various channels, including email, organic social, paid social, and web
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, proactively seeking feedback and iterating as needed

ABOUT YOU
  • 0-2 years of graphic design experience - soon to be grads, we want to meet you!
  • Degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Design, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Squarespace
  • Familiarity with (or interest in learning) Shopify and Tapcart
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to translate ideas into visually compelling assets
  • Ability to think cross-platform, ensuring designs are impactful across different mediums
  • A collaborative, data-driven mindset — you love designing with purpose and measuring results
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team
  • Passion for healthy living, great design, and Grove’s mission
  • Experience in ecommerce and/or DTC brands is a plus
