Data Manager - Insurance Operations
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists and patients accessing high-quality care. We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join us in the Insurance Operations Data Analyst team. You will lead a team of analysts, develop data-driven business insights, and work with cross-functional partners.
Skills
- Advanced SQL expertise (Python is a plus)
- Experience with LookML and building dashboards
- Experience managing analytics projects
- Statistical modeling experience
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to navigate complex data structures
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven business insights and opportunities
- Recommend prioritization of product, growth, and optimization initiatives
- Lead a team of analysts
- Build business critical dashboards/data visualizations
- Manage analytics projects
- Develop statistical models
- Refine ambiguous questions and generate new hypotheses
Education
- Bachelors in data science, statistics, and/or math
