THE ROLE:

Vivian Health is seeking a data driven, growth-oriented paid social marketer to join our Paid Acquisition team. Reports to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role will play an essential role in driving growth and attracting healthcare candidates to Vivian at large scale. You will own a substantial marketing budget and drive growth by building, measuring, optimizing, and scaling all Paid Social and Video channels.

Success in the position requires a mixture of creative thinking and analytical mentality, and a passion for B2C acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the foundations of the paid acquisition team at Vivian Health. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a best in class Paid Social acquisition program through partnership with Candidate Marketing, Design, Data, and Product teams
  • Lead growth and optimization strategy across all of paid social including but not limited to implementing growth strategies, optimizing campaigns and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Develop launch plans for new Paid Social, Display & Video channels (TikTok, YouTube etc)
  • Aggressively manage and grow a substantial monthly spend while maintaining KPIs, own monitoring and reporting of key performance metrics to wider team and leadership 
  • Build a data-driven process to develop hypotheses and implement testing to drive growth using creative/copy, audience segmentation, ad placements etc. 
  • Work closely with the Product Growth team implementing experiments to drive acquisition CR%.
  • Partner with data team to identify performance trends and develop insights to help influence decisions for paid media strategy, and Influence cross functional teams to get things done and ultimately drive business results

THE SKILL SET: 

  • 6-8 years of experience; at least 5-6 years managing B2C paid social campaigns across the major platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter) against performance KPIs
  • Solid understanding of the technical side of performance marketing: APIs, pixels, MMPs, SKAN, SDKs, etc.
  • Has a deep understanding of attribution
  • Experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker & Amplitude
  • Deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including CPA, CPC, CPM and RoAS 
  • Strong Excel skills with experience building complex spreadsheets.
  • Ability to write concise, engaging, and impactful content in support of a business strategy
  • Attention to detail - you always double-check your work
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

The range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
