THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Customer Account Manager that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote.
As a Customer Account Manager you will be an expert at providing small business employers on the Vivian platform with the comprehensive support that makes our site the best platform anywhere to match candidates to job opportunities.
What you’ll do:
Successful CAMs will be able to effectively identify growth opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to remove barriers, find solutions, and provide a delightful experience.
THE TEAM:
Our Customer Success team is responsible for managing, supporting, and growing our health system and agency partners. Our organization is cross functional so we work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and other divisions in the company.

The range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 yearly base salary with additional variable compensation, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
