Growth Marketing Specialist

2022 is an exciting year for Hex as we help take our early stage startups clients from MVP to market. We’re looking for an experienced product growth marketing specialist to help us plan and execute marketing campaigns to launch new mobile and web app-based brands, find product-market fit, and achieve rapid scale.


You’ll work with our client services team, head of product strategy, and our production teams to help mould high performing digital products. You’ll also have the support of an in-house user experience researcher to help put the end user at the heart of your marketing strategy.


We’re looking for someone with experience launching and growing startup products. You’ll need:


  • A can do attitude and an ability to remain calm in the face of shifting plans and priorities
  • An analytical mindset, and to be comfortable interrogating both marketing and product data to measure and optimise towards product growth metrics - user retention, average revenue per user etc
  • Demonstrable experience optimising for product growth, including improving user retention, average revenue per user etc
  • An understanding of mobile and web app tracking, including its limitations and measurement options
  • Experience with Mixpanel, GA4 or equivalent for app measurement
  • To be comfortable managing cross-channel budgets in excess of £1M
  • In depth knowledge of performance digital channels, including Google Ads, paid social etc
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Above The Line channels including Out Of Home
  • An understanding of App Store Optimisation - testing, measurement, best practices
  • An agile approach to marketing from hypothesis to testing and optimisation
  • An appetite to experiment, testing new channels, ideating campaign ideas etc
  • Agency or client side experience

Salary

£50-70k per annum depending on experience.
