ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team in a remote-based position covering the South-Central United States. The ideal candidate will physically reside in Texas in the Dallas or Houston metro areas.

 

The Regional Sales Manager will find success by building a strong, diverse network of distribution partners within their assigned region. The path will include creating and executing a targeted action plan, providing timely commutations, gaining understanding of our customers’ business needs and providing solutions to effectively address their requirements.  You will work collaboratively with the ANA team to support our customers while developing partnerships across our chosen channels.  You will effectively demonstrate how ANA products deliver the highest value, lowest cost of ownership and best return on investment. You will continually strive to ensure total customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Throughout your ANA journey, you will exemplify ANA's core values.

 

This role reports to the Regional Vice President.


Role & Responsibilities:
  • Understand regional market and business activity drivers
  • Identify high potential markets, customers, channels and partnering opportunities
  • Develop plans to build a solid customer base, across multiple channels, driving sales and account growth and take action to capture opportunities
  • Manage all sales opportunities from qualification to order, working to optimize volume and profitability
  • Provide timely forecasts and work with ANA team and rep groups to meet targeted volume
  • Coordinate sales efforts with other departments involved in providing sales and service to the customer including Finance, Marketing, Inside Sales, Technical Support, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Schedule training to support customer success
  • Manage all aspects of the customer partnership by providing options and solutions that match customer requirements, ensuring satisfaction with delivered product through the entire product life cycle
  • Maintain technical knowledge of product line through hands on involvement with engineering, manufacturing, training and technical service
  • Manage discount levels, freight, and terms in line with ANA processes
  • Maintain expenses within operating budgets and develop travel schedules to efficiently cover all market opportunities on a regular basis while keeping costs to a minimum
  • Educate customers on products, service, warranties, and technical support
  • Drive a high-quality customer experience by selling the ANA way using values and culture as a standard
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively and positively in a team environment


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field of study
  • 3-5 years experience in relevant sales, management, or technical experience
  • Prior experience with Power Generation Equipment is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to make solid business decisions and to work within a matrixed, fast paced environment
  • Requires solid understanding of the principles and practices involved in new business development, product marketing, and sales
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill of proper techniques for prospecting, telemarketing, rental, and retail closing techniques
  • Requires exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication, time & region management and interpersonal skills to build partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver presentations, training, and business solutions
  • Requires well-developed problem solving and negotiation skills across the pricing spectrum
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • Must understand financing alternatives and solutions that match the needs of our customers
  • Demonstrated efficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Proof of valid driver’s license and insurability


Location and Travel Expectations:
  • The role is remote based in a home office
  • Overnight travel to shows, events, and customer locations is expected

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - 110,000 per year with a competitive and comprehensive sales compensation package structure, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.

You must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. Please be advised that ANA does not provide employment-based visa sponsorship for this position at this time.
