Location & Remote Work

Our people team works on a "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using our offices in São Paulo or using our partners' coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Career & Development to lead key initiatives that empower individuals and teams to grow meaningfully within the QuintoAndar Group. This role sits within the Learning & Development (L&D) team and is dedicated to creating scalable, high-impact programs and tools that support continuous development and career progression.

The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with hands-on execution, is passionate about helping others grow, and has the ability to translate business needs into development experiences that unlock potential and drive performance. This person will play a critical role in shaping how we enable talent internally — by equipping employees with the clarity, resources, systems and support they need to to drive their own growth and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage career development programs such as mentoring and buddy programs, internship development initiatives, among others, ensuring they are scalable, measurable, and aligned with both employee needs and business priorities.

Design and continuously improve development tools, such as feedback and IDPs (Individual Development Plans), including frameworks, templates, and resources to guide individual growth and support high-quality development conversations across the organization.

Create and maintain career tools and guides, helping employees and leaders navigate internal mobility, career transitions, and growth paths.

Act as a strategic partner to People Business Partners, Talent, and Performance teams, ensuring development initiatives are embedded in talent routines.

Own projects end-to-end as a program manager, leading multiple development initiatives simultaneously — from research and design to rollout, communications, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement.

Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve programs based on data, business feedback, and market trends, bringing fresh perspectives and innovation to our development strategy.

    • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with expertise in career development practices, frameworks or tools.
    • Strong track record in program/project management, capable of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
    • Strategic thinker with hands-on attitude: capable of connecting development initiatives with business priorities while ensuring tactical excellence.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously iterate based on insights.
    • English languages skills.

Nice to Have

    • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Spanish language skills.
