Location

Our offices are located in Mexico City. We have adopted a hybrid model, which means our teams work in the office at least three times a week.

Acerca de la posición: We are looking for a Sr. Manager Commercial SMB for our operations in Mexico. This role will be responsible for leading and executing our B2B SMB strategy, driving high volume growth. As a key leader, you will need strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to innovate in dynamic markets, working with cutting-edge technology and a results-driven mindset. You will report to Mexico’s Country Manager and be part of the Mexico Executive Team and QuintoAndar’s Leadership Team

Responsabilities

    • Design and lead the organization’s commercial SMB strategy, ensuring the achievement of short- and long-term objectives in highly competitive B2B markets.
    • Manage and motivate commercial teams, fostering a high-performance culture and aligning efforts toward ambitious growth and expansion goals.
    • Oversee the design and implementation of key programs, such as loyalty strategies, pricing structures, talent development, and customer relationship management.
    • Ensure optimization and efficiency of commercial processes at all sales cycle stages, from prospecting to customer retention and post-sales service.
    • Use data and analytics to monitor business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop effective action plans to achieve commercial objectives.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
      • 8+ years of leadership experience in commercial and B2B marketing, managing large teams and achieving challenging goals.
      • Experience in intangible sales and/or startup environments (preferred).
      • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, as well as Digital Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp).
      • Leadership and team management: Inspirational, resilient leadership style, aligned with a culture focused on ambitious goals, high performance, and continuous professional development.
      • Process driven: Experience building and optimizing high volume (SMB), efficient sales operations.
      • Team-oriented culture: Genuine interest in teamwork and in the professional development of direct reports.
      • Growth mindset: Passion for exceeding objectives, pursuing ambitious goals, and aligning efforts with the business plan.
      • Innovation and adaptability: Willingness to adopt new technologies and approaches to enhance team and business performance.
      • Native Spanish speaker with English proficiency (mandatory).
