GTM BI & Analytics Developer

Who we seek:

The GTM BI & Analytics Developer will work to facilitate business intelligence processes, implementation and automation. This role will be responsible for identifying, researching and resolving complex technical problems while also leading the design and maintenance of BI applications in an effort to enhance business decision making. A successful candidate will understand and anticipate the needs of the business when proposing solutions and should be comfortable navigating an ambiguous environment with changing priorities. The GTM BI & Analytics Developer ensures that the team meets milestones with approved budgets and timelines. This position will play a key role in the initial development of core GTM department analytics and business development. We need a builder that wants to scale within a hyper-growth next-gen data company.

What you'll do:

• Source, build, and maintain core data tables in the cloud and overlaying visualizations using Tableau
• Help design, stage and implement our first BI Data Warehouse in the cloud
• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement required data marts, reports, and dashboards, created from multiple data sources
• Assess current stakeholder needs and develop strategic, mid to long term roadmap and update regularly as priorities and needs shift
• Gather and work with a variety of disparate data sources to produce insightful and simple analysis and visuals to drive business decisions
• Review analysis and visuals produced, and provide insights and recommendations to decision makers based on findings
• Relentlessly focus on automation and simplification of reporting and BI processes; destroy any tech debt along the way

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, economics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science or related field
• Experience writing SQL queries, procedures, and database operations in the cloud
• Experience working on ETL pipelines and working knowledge of APIs
• Knowledge of Tableau dashboard creation as well as Tableau Online administration; certifications a plus
• Experience writing SQL for queries and database management, other languages a plus
• Experience with SQL cloud database operations as well as extraction, transformation and loading of data
• Google G-Suite experience preferred
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining Snowflake a plus
• Desired GTM application exposure includes; Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Clari, Gong, Outreach, 6sense Gsheets, and a variety of other core GTM tools as our stack develops and changes over time.
• Experience with Salesforce.com data model, reports, and dashboard creation a plus
• Experience working with data to solve business problems/generating actionable insights a requirement
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function and prioritize well in a high-paced environment.

The annual base salary range is $90,000 – $105,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
