The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our growing GTM Operations Scaling team. Our team owns complex problems that require insight, creativity, and execution to build scalable processes, tools, and systems for our rapidly growing global business. You will guide operational enhancements and projects from inception to launch working closely with our Global GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, Marketing Operations Teams and other departments to help Datadog grow 10x. Doing this successfully requires understanding the “day in the life” for Sales and Post-Sales teams, analyzing data and proposing new and improved solutions to help them do their jobs most effectively by leveraging internal and external best practices.

You Will

  • Product management of our pre-sales tech stack to optimize sales productivity and provide actionable observations
  • Measure sales adoption of key processes and work cross functionally to improve
  • Hypothesize, measure, and learn. Continuously test and use insights to inform decisions
  • Own, iterate and improve our sales activity tracking and reporting, develop automation to drive next best actions
  • Manage project schedules, identify risk and communicate goals and status to project stakeholders
  • Provide clear design to the systems and engineering teams to build new tools and enhancements and collaborate with sales enablement to drive training best-practice adoption
  • Run focus groups and do job shadowing to understand current state and develop improvements
  • Collaborate with our Sales Organization to optimize outcomes
  • Generate insights into growth levers for accelerating revenue, and operationalize new ideas through the creation of new processes and workflows
  • Work cross functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, strategy and other departments to help them reach their goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 4-5 years of experience in GTM/Revenue/Sales Operations
  • You are a self-starter and highly motivated 
  • Organized and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail 
  • You are a Learner - you enjoy learning new things and apply to your day to day
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • You enjoy collaborating with others and solving problems
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience managing or optimizing Sales Engagement and activity tracking tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Groove)
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Excel experience, analytical skills

  • Experience in a growth phase SaaS company and GTM functions in particular
  • Successfully implemented Sales engagement/productivity software at scale
