Working Title: Guest Services Assistant, Football

Position Summary: Duke University Athletics is seeking a qualified candidate to monitor guest admittance for football practice

Qualifications:

High school diploma or 1 year of work experience with football

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

• Effective verbal communication

• Organizational and problem solving skills needed

• The scope of this position requires weekday and weekend mornings

• Thrive in fast paced environment

Essential Functions:

• Greet guests at football practice

• Admit approved guests on guest list

• Communicate with Football Chief of Staff to review, edit and print list for daily practices

• Provide quality customer service to all approved visitors and recruits for practice

• Additional duties as assigned during practice

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Work requires a knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles to perform routine clerical/office support duties normally acquired through a high school education.

Experience

None required above minimum education/training requirement. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
