Account Manager (Northeast)

GuidePoint Security is seeking an Account Manager to work with Account Executives in maintaining and growing specific business accounts. The ideal candidate should have proven success in Inside Sales, Cyber Security experience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated Account Manager for a specified Account Executive
  • Respond to Customer inquiries in a timely fashion and move to resolution
  • Develop and retain Product and Industry knowledge
  • Manage open opportunities in existing accounts with guidance from AE
  • Identify whitespace opportunities with customers and vendors
  • Close renewal, upsell, and net new sales cycles

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
