Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced leader to join our founding team and ensure the school provides a high-quality learning experience and exceptional customer service.

Skills

Leadership in early childhood education
Exceptional communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
Technical proficiency with computer systems

Responsibilities

Support the creation of a strong culture on campus
Plan and host community outreach events
Give tours to prospective families
Drive the enrollment process using a CRM system
Manage day-to-day operations including billing and supply ordering
Interface with parents to build community and resolve concerns

Education

Minimum of 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
