Guidepost Montessori and Guidepost Academy are seeking a Campus Manager to oversee their Hollywood Beach locations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for education and a drive for success.

Skills

Supervisory experience for 3+ years
Proven track record of developing talent and motivating teams
Distinctive communication and writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in both Spanish and English preferred

Responsibilities

Proactively quarterback the success of the campuses
Drive enrollment and profitability outcomes
Support the campus through challenging situations
Lead and build a stellar team
