FT Lead Preschool Teacher

Guidepost Montessori is looking for a dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to support a mixed-age class of preschool children in a Montessori environment.

Skills

Montessori diploma (preferred)
Child development knowledge
Strong communication skills
Experience with preschool age children

Responsibilities

Observe each child closely to understand their needs
Prepare the environment for deep learning
Provide individual and small-group lessons
Cultivate independence and self-confidence in children
Communicate with parents to support each child's development

Education

12 ECE or Child Development credits (preferred by 2026)
Background check in Washington state
