Head of School (Director)

Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced leader as Head of School to enhance educational standards using the Montessori method. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and capable of driving enrollment and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop a strategic plan for the campus
Create a strong culture embodying the organization's mission
Build a strong community among staff, parents, and children
Ensure delivery of an exceptional educational program
Meet overall profitability targets including managing the campus budget
Work with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment targets
Hire, support, develop, and manage teaching staff

Education

Degree in a Child Related Field (Preferred)
