The Account Advisory team focuses on supporting our customers throughout their journey to help them achieve greater value from their Guidewire investments. A newer function within the Account Advisory team is Value Realization, which is focused on helping customers understand the value they realize from their implemented Guidewire solutions by using objective data and performance metrics.
Role Expectations
We are looking for a consultant in our value realization function who can support the continued evolution of our collateral, internal communication, and customer engagement models. This is a high-profile, customer-facing role in which you’ll partner with our customers to determine the value generated from their transformational investments while maintaining alignment across internal stakeholders.
Given the newer nature of this endeavor, this individual will help mature the value realization methodology and team tool sets, support piloting efforts, and support scaling the offering across our global customer base. Due to the strategic nature of these efforts, the individual must be creative, resourceful, analytical, and personable. We are looking for energy and passion to help evolve and scale this capability within Guidewire.
This role will require 25%-50% travel.
