Customer Success Executive
GWI is seeking a Customer Success Executive to enhance client relationships and drive engagement with their SaaS platform in Singapore, looking for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and drive product adoption
- Conduct onboarding for new clients
- Perform SWOT analyses to understand client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback
- Manage client interactions through Intercom
Education
