Previous HR partnering experience in the US
Retail industry experience in omni-channel apparel/fashion
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Knowledge of US employment legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Certification in HR preferred

Develop pragmatic HR solutions for business plans
Support retail store expansion with HR policies
Ensure compliance with employee relations legislation
Provide expert HR advice and support to line managers
Manage multiple HR processes and provide people support
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
