About the Team: The Product Engineering Team is committed to ensuring the successful implementation of our Agents platform for Web Automation. The platform will empower a wide range of professionals, from Web Testing engineers, who ensure websites behave as intended, to automation professionals, who automate data collection and interactions on complex websites
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up robust data collection pipelines
Iterating on evaluation metrics that properly reflect the performance of Web - Agents on real use cases
Developing infrastructure to easily evaluate Agents
Review state-of-the-art papers to improve Agent performance (e.g. Chain of Thought, reflection, test-time compute optimization, memory, etc.)
Prioritize and implement state-of-the-art techniques
Review the performance of Agents in production and ensure their continuous improvements
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
3+ years of experience building and maintaining ML production pipelines, with demonstrated expertise in data processing and model deployment workflows
Strong ability to rapidly prototype and conduct A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize model performance
Track record of successfully collaborating with infrastructure and platform teams to productionize ML solutions at scale
Demonstrated experience implementing state-of-the-art research papers, particularly in areas like language models, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems
Strong analytical and first-principles thinking skills, with examples of breaking down and solving complex ML engineering challenges
Results-driven mindset with proven ability to ship production-ready solutions, combined with enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement
Excellent software engineering practices, including proficiency in Python, version control and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with large language models and modern AI techniques such as prompt engineering, few-shot learning and Chain of Thought reasoning
Ability to balance research exploration with practical implementation needs in a fast-paced environment
