WSP is currently seeking an E-Discovery Manager to join our Legal team based out of our Atlanta, GA office location. Other WSP regional office locations will be considered. The E-Discovery Manager will be responsible for managing the company's electronic discovery needs in support of our large legal team. This role will involve overseeing the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) in response to litigation, investigations, and regulatory requests.Your ImpactKey Responsibilities:• Develop and Implement E-Discovery Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for managing ESI throughout its lifecycle, including data retention, data minimization, and legal hold policies.• Manage E-Discovery Projects: Manage all aspects of e-discovery projects, including scoping, planning, budgeting, execution, documentation, and reporting.• Liaise with IT and Legal Teams: Work closely with IT and legal teams to identify sources of ESI and ensure its proper collection and preservation.• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external e-discovery vendors and consultants, ensuring quality control and cost-effectiveness.• Training and Education: Provide training and education to legal and business teams on e-discovery processes and best practices.• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, court rulings, and changes to e-discovery rules and best practices.Who You AreRequired Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or Law related field.• 5-7 years of experience in e-discovery, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.• Familiarity with e-discovery software and tools, and understanding of data management principles.• Strong project management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications• Paralegal certificateAbout WSPABOUT USWSP USA is the U.S. operating company of WSP, one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms.
