In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the implementation and evolution of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy. You will drive initiatives to enhance our approach to paid marketing, experimenting with new strategies and tactics, and serving as an initiator and galvanizer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
This position reports to our Sr. Director of Global Digital Marketing and is located remotely in the United States or Canada.
Manage and expand Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Paid Media management strategies across multiple segments and channels.
Ensure the paid media strategy mirrors our go-to-market plan and campaign plans, addressing customer challenges and targeting specific audiences, geos, and customer product x-sell opportunities.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities and proactively enhance the visibility of the site and HackerOne solutions.
Contribute to the overall digital strategy in coordination with the broader marketing team, positioning HackerOne as an industry leader with a customer-centric and data-driven approach to ABM and Paid Media efforts.
Manages and optimizes budget for paid media, including monthly forecasting, ROI reporting across all paid media channels
6+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B
4+ years in an Account Based Marketing role
Experience leveraging 6Sense cross-functionally
Hands-on paid search experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
Experience with broader paid digital marketing channels such as programmatic display, OTT/OTC platforms, audio/video/podcast advertising.
Technical industry experience to optimize and drive lead generation, sales pipeline, and revenue.
Experience managing digital budgets of at least $2m+
Must be based remotely in the United States and Canada. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.
