Own a portfolio of client projects and serve as a key point of contact for their ongoing needs
Manage internal business improvement projects from start to finish
Work with other teams to ensure on time delivery of project outputs
Communicate directly with our clients, conduct status meetings, and provide project status reports stakeholders
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, clients, and others
Ensure that project requirements are understood and clearly communicated to all stakeholders, and that project deliverables meet or exceed expectations
Manage client's inquiries autonomously escalating when necessary
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the web3 security industry, including current and emerging threats, technologies, and best practices
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on cyber security
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage issues
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Knowledge of blockchain technologies and Web3 environment
Experience working in cybersecurity
(Not required) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or a related field
Previous work experience in design, QA, engineering, or other hands-on product development roles
Experience using and understanding data visualization tools
