Role Overview:

As the Culture and Talent Experience Leader, you will be the architect of a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture at Halo Media. You will lead the development and execution of strategies that promote our core values, enhance employee engagement, and create a positive, consistent experience for all employees. Your role will focus on embedding our culture deeply within the organization while also ensuring that our talent management practices align with our cultural objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Recruiter Lead, HRBP Lead, Talent Operations Lead, and Talent Growth Lead, partnering with the HR leadership team to create a unified approach to culture and talent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture Leadership:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to identify cultural strengths and opportunities, designing programs that celebrate diversity, drive employee engagement, and foster collaboration.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring that the company’s values are consistently reflected in every aspect of the employee experience.

Talent Experience Strategy:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive talent experience strategy that aligns with the company’s cultural goals, from onboarding to career development and beyond.
  • Design initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring that employees feel connected to the company’s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, including the Recruiter Lead, HRBP Lead, Talent Operations Lead, and Talent Growth Lead, to integrate cultural values into talent management practices.

Internal Communication:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively convey the company’s culture, values, and key initiatives to all employees.
  • Ensure that communication channels are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s cultural objectives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to create and distribute engaging content that reinforces our cultural narrative.

Employee Engagement and Well-being:

  • Lead efforts to measure and improve employee engagement, using surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights and drive action.
  • Create programs and activities that support employee well-being, promote work-life balance, and enhance overall job satisfaction.
  • Recognize and reward employees who exemplify the company’s values and contribute positively to the culture.

Cultural Events and Programs:

  • Plan and coordinate cultural events, workshops, and training programs that reinforce the company’s values and support professional development.
  • Organize and oversee team-building activities and initiatives that promote a sense of community and belonging among employees.
  • Ensure that cultural initiatives are inclusive and accessible to all employees, regardless of location or role.

Change Management and Brand Advocacy:

  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring that cultural values are maintained and strengthened during periods of organizational change.
  • Develop communication strategies that help employees understand and embrace changes while minimizing resistance.
  • Encourage employees to become brand ambassadors by promoting the organization’s values and mission both internally and externally.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with HR leaders, including the Recruiter Lead, HRBP Lead, Talent Operations Lead, and Talent Growth Lead, to align cultural initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters related to culture, talent experience, and communication.

Continuous Improvement and Feedback:

  • Establish ongoing mechanisms for gathering employee feedback on culture and talent experience initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance cultural strategies, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in culture development, talent management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading culture, talent experience, and communication initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
