Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, North America and based out of our office in New York, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a successful track record in driving results on a team at a rapidly scaling company and a passion for retail to help shape the future growth of COS, build brand awareness, and elevate our customer experience, contributing to our ambition to establish COS as a Sustainable International Power Brand in North America.
The Regional Head of Growth is responsible for creating and implementing a successful expansion strategy through all channels to drive and optimize omni growth and profitability across the region. In this role you deliver the short-term and long-term business goals through securing financially sales channels as well as new business models and opportunities, and you perpetually seek new ways of working with our brand ID in mind

This is a Full-time position offering 40 hours a week.
Compensation: $169,000-$195,000 annually*
