Corporate Paralegal/Contract Administrator
Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking a Corporate Paralegal/Contract Administrator to support various legal functions related to contract negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property management.
Skills
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of corporate and securities laws and regulations
- Proficiency in corporate software and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including non-disclosure agreements and supplier contracts
- Conduct legal research on laws and regulations applicable to the company
- Support litigation tasks, regulatory inspections, and audits
- Identify and apply for government grants and incentives for electric vehicle technology
- Assist in corporate governance, equity management, and intellectual property processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
