About the Role

As the Program Manager, Digital IT, you will be leading a diverse portfolio of large global complex cross-functional technology-centric projects. You will also oversee all project work being performed by the team and work with divisional stakeholders to ensure the alignment of requirements and commitment to deliverables, understand challenges, and coordinate activities.


What You Will Do

  • Simultaneously manage multiple global cross-functional complex technology-centric projects.
  • Lead initiatives in the Digital IT team and be the liaison between business, development/ implementation teams, and stakeholders. The individual will demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to build rapport with teams to understand and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Interface with all levels of management and staff to provide strategic and tactical advice on project planning and execution and keep management informed.
  • Adhere to Solution Delivery Lifecycle Methodology and PMO procedures. Assembles project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities, and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables. Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, cost, and quality.
  • Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered. Proficient with benefits realization, and ensuring that benefits are delivered in the best way possible

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ten or more years of experience in IT and consumer electronics.
  • Experience applying Software lifecycle knowledge of key design principles, methodologies, tools, and high-level architectures.
  • Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle and one or more project management methodologies (for example, Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of IT system concepts and how they impact business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and simultaneously manage multiple projects with potentially conflicting priorities and business interests.
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Able to communicate at all levels of management.

What is Nice to Have

  • Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management or Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Practitioner or Leader Certification.
  • Strong business acumen, and industry / domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units. Preferred to have finance and SAP-related project experience.
  • Program management skills and experience. Well-versed in Change Management and Release Management Processes.
  • Experience in working to introduce agile/SCRUM into organizations.
