Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure will lead our IT department, oversee technical operations, and manage a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain IT policies and systems to support business strategies.
Analyze the technology needs of all departments.
Administer and manage IAM/PAM via IDP, SSO, Zero Trust.
Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure technology.
Control budget and report expenditure.
Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
Manage end-user computing and patching.
Mentor and manage a team of IT professionals.
Lead IT projects and collaborate with global teams.
Purchase office communications and connectivity technology.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
