Harry’s Inc. started in 2013 with a specific goal: disrupt the shaving industry by creating an innovative, everyday product at a fair price. Since then, Harry’s has expanded to Canada and Europe, developed relationships with retailers such as Target and Walmart, expanded our grooming brand into a personal care powerhouse, launched two new brands including Flamingo and Cat Person, and made our first brand acquisition with Lumē.

The Harry's Inc working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. Senior UX Designer
The DTC team at Harry’s is looking for an innovative and passionate Senior UX Designer to join us to help drive and execute on our product vision and deliver delightful and thoughtful experiences for guys all over the world—to help them prepare for their day, every day.
The DTC (Direct to Consumer) Team @ Harry’s
The DTC team represents the customer, and our mission is to build personalized, direct-to-consumer experiences that will delight customers and make their lives easier. We are a nimble team with a challenger mind-set, endless passion, and uncompromising user focus. We home in on customer needs and ideate the best experiences to serve them. We then launch, measure and iterate on solutions and never settle until we find the right answer for our customers. We are a highly collaborative team that partners cross-functionally to deliver high performing, maintainable, beautiful customer experiences and always look to improve.
About You
You have an insatiable appetite for understanding your customers and are relentless in finding solutions that meet their needs, sweating the details and tying them back to the big picture. You have a knack for creating intuitive, scalable and functional product designs, you represent the users in every step of the way, keeping them at the heart of what you’re building. Thinking information architecture, hierarchy, user flows and UI patterns are second nature to you. You understand why you designed something, and you can advocate for that in our team environment while collaborating with product managers and engineers. You thrive in entrepreneurial and nimble environments, and eat, sleep, and breathe digital media, consistently-evolving web best practices, and user behaviors.

We can’t quantify all of the intangible things we think you’ll love about working at Harry’s, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $142,400-$195,800, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
