When hospitals cannot provide the advanced care, expertise and new treatment options their patients require, they turn to us.Under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Operational Coordination, Integration, and Excellence, the Operations Manager of Food4Health is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations and department personnel of the Food4Health (F4H) program. As a member of the F4H management team, assists in the development of department goals, objectives and standards, quality assurance, department education, and budget development, preparation, and control.Coordinates department activities to include regulatory requirements, quality control and performance improvement. Responsible for hiring, supervising, and evaluating team members. Serves as an effective liaison between department staff, leaders, and other department leaders across Hartford Healthcare (HHC). Implements, executes, and reports on all aspects of the program while overseeing the community food pantry initiative.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree5 years of leadership and management experience.
