As a member of the Sales Strategy & Operations team at Harvey, you will support the revenue growth of the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization at Harvey! Reporting to the Sales Strategy & Operations Lead, you will help build the foundation and provide immense leverage for the Sales teams.
Quarterback non-standard deals through the contracting cycle & internal approval processes in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams (Sales Leadership, Legal, Accounting, Billing, Product, etc.) to ensure that all deals align with business strategies and guidelines
Master and help evolve deal policies, including contract terms, pricing & packaging, contractual requirements, etc.
Partner with Account Executives on forming deals, and help translate deal structures to Order Forms for complex deals in partnership with Commercial Legal
Monitor the Revenue Operations and Deal Desk queues and ensure that internal requests are addressed thoughtfully and with urgency
Help build a scalable, sustainable revenue flywheel by deploying best-in-class operations, procedures and processes
3+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to equip the business in a strategic manner and communicate big picture opportunities
Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes
A “roll up your sleeves” mentality, and an ability to collaborate effectively across internal functions (RevOps, legal, finance, etc.) to achieve common goals
Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
