Evaluate the scope of the position and establish new goals in terms of responsibilities and activities.30%• Develop/coordinate processes the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes, and review results against plans monthly including business analysis functions performed by Business Unit30%Consistently oversee and analyze LATAM expenses to identify trends, variations, risks, and potential opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.25%Work closely with Latinamerica team to understand financial needs and provide strategic financial advice for decision-making.15%• Prepare periodic financial reports and present findings to senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.• Bachelor’s degree Finance Accounting/Administration• Strong MS Excel, Power Point application skills.• Fluent in both Spanish & English (will be evaluated during interviews), it’s a must.• Knowledge of SAP.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Strong oral and written communication skills.• Strong interpersonal savvy and leadership skills.• Strong drive for results & able to perform well under pressure.• Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and operational opportunities.
