Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries
- Become a product expert for Hatch apps and devices
- Provide personalized customer support
- Investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
