Affordable Housing - Regional Property Manager

Your new companyHAYS has partnered with a national affordable housing real estate owner and operator that is seeking a skilled Regional Property Manager in the Orange County area.Your new roleAs the Regional Property Manager, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that include traveling and overseeing up to 10 properties. Responding to the needs of properties that require the most assistance, keeping in contact with the Property Management team and reporting updates to the Director of Property Management.
