Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include identifying and building pipelines for skilled candidates in the healthcare sector, utilizing market intelligence tools, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers.
Skills: Candidates should possess strong sourcing skills, expertise in market intelligence, exceptional communication, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to building diverse talent pipelines.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of sourcing experience, particularly in healthcare; proven ability to source clinical and corporate talent; proficiency in sourcing tools; and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Location: The position is fully remote, with eligibility to work from specified states within the USA.
Compensation: $100000 - $120000 / Annually

The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist who is a master talent hunter with a deep passion for finding exceptional candidates for hard-to-fill clinical roles as well as some corporate roles. This role is pivotal to our success as we scale our recruitment efforts to attract licensed therapists, mental health professionals, physical health professionals, and high-impact corporate talent dedicated to making a difference.
