We are looking for a dedicated Physician Recruitment Sourcer like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsPerforms internet researching duties relative to physician recruitment.DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:• In coordination with the strategic sourcing team, develops effective sourcing strategies for allspecialties by utilizing Boolean search strings, researching online databases, university medicalschool web sites, specialty association sites, state websites, and hospital websites.• Creates lists of candidates with contact information and distributes lists to strategic sourcing team.• Supports recruiters by researching candidates for all specialties.• Utilizes Broadlook Technologies tool, which streamlines search techniques and creates greaterefficiency in research.• Conducts activities with systems and database to maintain accurate and comprehensive files such ascandidate records, internal, and external reports and correspondence.• Takes initiative in creating alternative and creative sourcing to generate larger candidate pools.• Maintains active and positive relationships with divisions/clients and assists as requested.• Assists other staff as requested.• Handles details with initiative and good judgment.• Maintains strictest confidentiality.• Performs related work as required.• Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.• Four to five years of internet research experience is preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:• Excellent working knowledge of the internet and proficiency in conducting internet searches.• Boolean logic search experience.• An in-depth knowledge about accessing databases, academic sites, online journals and specialtyassociation websites.• Has knowledge of recruiting processes.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems.• Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.• Ability to work on multiple tasks and searches at one time.• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.• High level of proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Physician Services Group is skilled in physician employment, practice and urgent care operations.
