Unlock your potential at HCA Florida JFK Hospital!Job Summary and QualificationsWhat you will do in this role:• Review employee physical injury occurrences, blood/bodily fluid exposure incidents and maintains complete records• Coordinates Workers Compensation, Risk Management and Case Management of injured employees• Responsible for employee education on rules and regulations regarding employee health, infection control and safety issues• Manages Workers Compensation and Employee Health programs in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory agencies• Coordinates the employee immunization programs• Medical Screenings for all new hires. Initiates and maintains health records. Ensures titers & other labs are performed per policy.What you will need in this role:• Graduate from an accredited nursing school• Current State of Florida Registered RN License, or• Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida Sate Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)• Current BLS certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross• Previous Employee Health, Occupational Health, and Workers Compensation ExperienceHCA Florida JFK Hospital was named in honor of our 35th president.
