We are hiring Account Executives for our client in the greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge area.As an Account Executive, you will be selling advertising and marketing services to companies who cater towards family-friendly activities and resources. Our client distributes digital and print media to family-friendly audiences as its primary advertising channel, and also offers clients full-scale digital marketing services.Job Responsibilities• Weekly Activity Metrics: Hit clearly defined weekly call, meeting, and proposal metrics• Business Development: Identify and engage good-fit potential clients• Account Management: Identify new business opportunities with existing client accounts• Solve Problems: Uncover pain points and propose solutions to prospects• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with new and existing clientsRequired Skills• Sales Expertise: 2+ years of sales experience is preferred• Industry Knowledge: Experience in media and advertising industry a plus• Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills• Collaboration: Be a great team playerCompensation And BenefitsOur client offers a range of attractive benefits to employees, including: Company Health, Dental and Vision insurance plan to employees and dependents, a flexible work-from-home policy, unlimited PTO, paid company holidays and fun days, an employee-first low-turnover work place, and an emergency expense card.The On Target Earnings (OTE) for the job is $80,000 - $110,000+. The compensation structure is base + commission + kickers, and includes a base salary between $24,000 and $30,000, dependent on candidate's experience.
