Head of Community Marketing

We are looking for a creative marketeer to help super.AI build a best-in-class Unstructured Data Processing online community.

About the role


You are responsible for attracting and engaging super.AI’s community of business users with developer mindset, developers, and IT professionals across super.AI’s community-oriented properties spanning developer portal, online training, community edition, user groups, and marketplace.


You will lead messaging, content, demand generation, and engagement of the super.AI community across its properties. You will own attracting, and engaging community members and turning them into proponents and/or buyers of super.AI. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product team to develop and drive the community audience narrative and messaging that attracts and engages developers, IT professionals, and business users with a developer mindset to become promoters of super.AI in the UDP market. You will drive the development of thought leadership content and campaigns to meet or exceed attracting, engaging, and turning them into advocates and/or buyers.


You’ll have a deep understanding of our community members and use those insights to inform our company point of view, content strategy, thought leadership, demand gen, and nurture campaigns throughout community member’s journey.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:


  • Create and maintain a compelling developer portal to attract and engage community members
  • Build and maintain educational content driving members to sign up for community edition
  • Analyze and nurture community members within community edition most likely to become advocates, contribute to the marketplace, and/or influence purchase decisions
  • Raise awareness and adoption of apps in the super.AI marketplace eventually turning it into a revenue generator
  • Own content strategy and development, and demand generation for community members
  • Drive hackathons and development of local self-managed user groups across target markets and geographies
  • Analyzing the community members to identify members most likely to become strong advocates, contribute relevant apps to the marketplace, and/or influence product purchase.
  • Nurture the community members through the lifecycle of their journey in the super.AI community
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the Head of Demand Generation to analyze content performance and determine how to make changes to the content to optimize performance
  • Use keyword research and SEO guidelines to drive organic traffic from the target persona

You will be a great fit if you have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of experience creating content for integrated marketing across several disciplines (text, design, video, etc.) and media (blogging, guides, white papers, research, infographics, podcasts, etc.) within tech/SaaS companies
  • Experience leading marketing for online communities and nurturing members through their journey to become company advocates
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
  • Ability to be an impactful storyteller - comfortable in any arena evangelising our brand mission

  • Have an attention to detail, very high-quality standards, and principles when it comes to brand integrity, and acting against insights
  • Be a seasoned collaborator with the ability to operate cross-functionally
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication/presentation skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams
  • Strong project management skills
