Seek Capital is looking for a Fulfillment Manager to work with the clients of a company ranked #9 by Glassdoor in its “Best Places to Work” in 2020.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of highly competitive and collaborative individuals as we continue this path of rapid growth. Our client is a prime credit, startup or early- stage small business owner, and we offer business funding to enable them to start and/or grow their business. We have to date, originated in excess of $500 million and continue to experience rapid growth.

Role Description:

  • As our organization continues to rapidly grow, we are looking to expand our leadership team by adding a high integrity individual who can effectively scale and manage our Account Management team.
  • We deeply believe that having the best people on our team and providing them with extensive training to best represent our company and our services is the hallmark of our success to date.
  • The role leads our Account Management team as Seek’s clientele flow through our pipeline
  • Each client relationship lasts for approximately 30 days until all services are completed
  • You will inherit a team of Account Managers and Trainers that are dedicated to providing an 11 Star client experience as our clients move through the fulfillment funnel.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the Client lifecycle
  • Shortening and improving the Client journey
  • Pipeline and revenue management
  • Outsourced vendor relationship management
  • Leverage technology and analytics to effectively measure your team’s performance
  • Create trainings and contests that effectively improve our fulfillment rates and culture

Who We’re Looking for:

We want highly competitive, highly talented individuals who have effectively managed at this level and have a proven track record of scaling an organization. You are a fast learner, have excellent communication skills, are a team player, and have a genuine desire to learn and improve. You can effectively leverage previous experience to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on both culture and performance.


Required Traits and Skills:

  • Proven track record of leveraging data to make decisions and build departmental strategy
  • Experience in leading both internal, remote, and outsourced team members
  • Expert in using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to effectively manage a <30-day sales cycle
  • An ability to partner with other department heads to effectively improve the client journey and experience
  • Confidence and experience in translating a company’s strategic vision to effectively align a team of individual contributors to execute on said vision

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Excellent teaching, coaching and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of systems and process building
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a servant leader
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a major institution or 5 years equivalent management experience

Salary & Benefits

  • Compensation: A combination of base pay + performance-based compensation. Expect annual pay ranging from $120,000 - $165,000 depending on performance
