Humu is looking for a Head of Finance to lead and improve its financial planning and analysis function. This highly-visible role will partner closely with our CEO and head of operations to develop a strategic annual operating plan, participate in high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and make recommendations for short and long term decisions. This role is responsible for communicating the financial health of our organization to senior leaders and board members. You will also contribute to the development of multi-year plans and the evolution of our financial & business planning processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving strategic initiatives, strong communication skills, deep analytical capabilities and a passion for process improvements. This role reports into the VP of Operations.
