Your role in our team

  • You will act as the headquarter responsible for the projects executed in the regional organizations and ensure project success in close cooperation with the responsible project organization
  • You will coordinate with the international, regional senior management as well as with the headquarters (CEO, CFO) with the focus on: ensuring project results, introduction of improvements and optimizations in the organization and processes, further development of tools to increase efficiency and transparency in the project.
  • You enter into goal-oriented cooperation with all international managers of the project execution departments, in particular with the Head of Project/Site Management and the Head of Engineering as well as with Sales, Development, Purchasing, Service and Production: improvement, optimization and harmonization of functional interfaces, coordinating the deployment planning of critical resources, jointly setting priorities, agreeing on necessary measures and ensuring sustainable implementation, contributing expert knowledge to demanding offers and product developments
  • You are responsible for the further design of binding project process standards (Project Excellence) as well as for auditing, organizing training and roll-out
  • You will continue and optimize international project reporting, including status and key figure recording and discussions of important projects
  • You will lead the cross-regional project steering groups including escalation management
  • You take over project director responsibility in special projects
  • You are the responsible contact person for selected customers

Your profile

  • You have completed a technical education, e.g. a technical engineering degree (Bachelor, Master) or have adequate knowledge
  • You have several years of experience in project management of large, complex, international projects, preferably in the intralogistics environment
  • You have already worked successfully in international matrix organizations and are very familiar with the special features of this form of organization.
  • You are familiar with critical negotiation situations and you move confidently in them
  • You have knowledge of contracts and can lead negotiations with customers and suppliers together with other technical experts and lawyers
  • You are proficient in common MS Office applications and have SAP knowledge if possible
  • You are a responsible person and are characterized by analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working
  • As a team player and leader who can communicate well, you are able to address international employee groups and bring about solutions.
