Then we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a new Head of Sales Americas.

What you do

  • Lead the local Americas sales team to drive revenue growth and sales excellence across the region.
  • Translate the Elektrobit company strategy into strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the Americas region.
  • Identify business opportunities and create market access strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to enhance the current Elektrobit customer base.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting on sales performance.
  • Define individual sales targets for the local team and implement best practices for successful target achievement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across different teams (e.g., Marketing and Product Management) regionally and globally to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales operations and deliver revenue targets.
  • Hire, develop, coach, and manage the regional Americas sales team.
  • Direct reporting line to the Global Head of Sales.

What you bring

  • Several years of relevant experience as sales executive or sales and marketing director in the software or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills as well as the capability to influence on all levels of the organization.
  • Pronounced customer and market orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships on executive level.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services as well as the ability to successfully position offerings against competitors.
  • Passion for working in a dynamic and multicultural environment with an agile culture and the willingness to travel on a regular basis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
