Then we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a new Head of Customer Center.

Within EB, the Customer Center will be responsible for winning and successfully executing projects with the assigned customers. The Head of Customer Center will report to the Head of Customer Centers Americas and will lead a team of Project Managers and Software Architects. The team size will be between 3 to 5 depending on the number of projects and related revenue. This position works closely with the sales team to find new opportunities for EB's services and solutions, provide well organized, competitive responses to customer RFQ's, establish transparent and reliable planning of revenues and profit, successfully execute projects resulting in a predictable, long term and growing project business with assigned customers. They also have P&L responsibility for their Customer Center.

What you do

  • Strategic regional growth planning with sales for targeted customers.
  • Lead technical responses to customer requests and assure high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop business cases of engineering services including the full Elektrobit solutions portfolio.
  • Main communication interface for projects between EB and customers.
  • Assure profitable project execution.
  • Assure delivery of contracted work packages.
  • Financial (Budget/Revenue) planning and tracking with regular reporting to management.
  • Foster synergies between projects in the same region and / or for the same customer.
  • Competence, skill, and capacity planning together with the Centers of Competence.

What you bring

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Structured way of working and able to define structured reporting including definition of technical and non-technical KPIs.
  • Understanding of business administration and financial tracking.
  • Prior experience and interest in working with a global team.
  • Able to support project managers and teams in case of customer escalations.
  • Willingness to travel (10-15% travel can be expected).
  • Confident and professional behavior in critical situations.
  • >3 years professional experience in leadership positions.
  • Position located in Farmington Hills, MI.
